I love these recipes!😍 I'm with you on the coconut cake!😋 It would go fast around here! I got the Doctor Cake book years ago and I love trying new flavors! I've even created some of my own! I made so many cakes and took them to work and everyone loved them! I called them my guinea pigs and they loved it! One of my coworkers brought me an orange cake mix one day to contribute to all my baking. At first, I wasn't sure what to do with it then I remembered a cake I had from the bakery of a grocery store. I mixed up the cake mix with the usual things and I also added half a cup of sour cream. I took the large can of crushed pineapple (20oz?) and drained it and I used the pineapple juice as part of the liquid in the mixture. After the cake mix has everything added, mix in the drained pineapple to the cake mix. I bake it in a Bundt pan. I usually don't put an icing on it but I'll take pineapple preserves or orange marmalade and start with a half a cup in a microwave safe bowl and just warm it enough until it's liquidity. Then just drizzle it over the cake. Orange and pineapple are so good together! It's a combination I had forgotten about. But when the lady brought that orange cake mix, I recalled eating that wonderful cake! Thanks for sharing more great recipes!🥰

For about 5-10 minutes before using and every drop will pour right out of the can. Also mix the coconut with the cool whip…very interesting texture and topping for the cakes. I remember as a kid my mom making the Bundt cakes with pudding in the middle. I believe they were a mix but I’ve never been able to find them. So instead I now make pudding poke cakes but I always wonder if it would work putting the pudding in the center. Have you ever tried that or seen them?
